What vehicle types are available with

We have 4 vehicle types; Sedan, People Carrier, Premium and SUV:

1. Sedan Segment includes but is not limited to: Honda Amaze / Toyota Etios / Toyota Liwa / Tata Indigo / Tata Manza / Maruti Suzuki D’zire and others.

2. People Carrier Segment includes but is not limited to: Toyota Innova / Mahindra Xylo / Chevrolet Tavera / Chevrolet Enjoy / Nissan Evalia and others.

3. Premium Segment includes but is not limited to: Honda City / Nissan Sunny and others.

4. SUV Segment includes but is not limited to: Toyota Fortuner / Isuzu MU7 / Honda CRV and others.

Do I need to register on your site to book a vehicle?

Our services may be used without registering but we would urge you to do so by clicking here . Alternatively, you just need to provide your details at the time of booking.

What should one do in case of an accident?

In the unlikely case of an accident, the traveller must inform immediatelyso that we can coordinate any emergency action needed.Please call us on (0) 9833 19 2277. The traveller then needs to be on hand to provide a statement to the local police(who should be informed by the driver / as a witness. The traveller should also inform his / her travel / medical insurance provider of the accident.

Please note that vehicles booked through Mobivoyage are only to be driven by their authorised chauffeurs and are not for self drive. Insurance claims will not be entertained by the insurance companies where the traveller has driven and the traveller, his / her representatives and / or legal heir(s) will be liable for the entire claim amount and any damages to the vehicle or other parties.

How much in advance can I book a vehicle?

We understand that some of our consumers would like to book a vehicle well in advanceof their travel. We currently have a limit of 60 calendar days before the pick-update. Please contact us on or (0) 9833 19 2277 for any further details.

What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured vehicle?

Any online booking would require you to make the booking between 08 to 04 hours prior to pick up time(depending on time of booking, city, type of service required etc).

Can I change my booking?

Yes. You can change the date of booking till 24 hours before the booked date and time free of charge. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as per cancellation policy. There are some changes that you can make without any additional charges upto 4 hours before the booked time. Please see our Cancellation Policy.

What are the cancellation charges?

You can cancel your booking anytime. The cancellation charges are as follows:

More than 24 hours before booked date and time: Full refund of the advance amount paid (upto 10% service charge and fees may be levied at the discretion of MobiVoyage).

3 hours and 59 minutes before booked time / No show: No refund of the advance amount paid (100% of the advance amount paid will be retained by
